Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last good.

If a single good is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins with the receipt of the last partial shipment or piece.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation contains the content of your withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.

Additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us are excluded.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We recommend that you contact us before returning the goods so that we can provide you with information for the simplest possible return.

However, prior contact is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please keep the proof of shipment if possible until your return is completed.

Inspection of Goods and Compensation for Loss in Value

You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

We ask that you return the goods, if possible, complete, undamaged, with all labels and in the original packaging.

Compliance with this request is not a prerequisite for the exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of goods,

• that are not pre-made and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs;
• that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of withdrawal may expire prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and their seal has been removed after delivery.

The mere trying on of clothing, underwear, or swimwear does not automatically lead to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal. The respective statutory requirements are decisive.

Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected by these provisions.
