Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the shipping carrier, received the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. No justification is required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us.

For the repayment, we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can provide you with the necessary return information.

We will cover the costs of the return. You will receive a return label from us.

Please return the goods within 14 days at the latest after your declaration of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Condition of the Goods

You may inspect the goods as would be possible in a retail store.

Please return the goods as completely and undamaged as possible, and – if available – with labels and original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
